WHAT TO WEAR:  Wear loose or stretchy clothing and allow about 3 hours after a meal.  Bring a towel or blanket and, please, no perfumes or colognes. 

MATS are available for newcomers to borrow.  Eco-friendly mats available for $20 (non-toxic, recyclable, no PVC, rubber or latex).  Regular mats also available for $12.

PREPAID SERIES. Prepay a series and get a discount. Come as often as you want, to any class.  A series must be used within six months.  All sales are final, no refunds.
